根据新闻有限公司网站报道,为推动当地煤炭行业发展,中国计划对炼焦煤进口产品征税3%,并对低级热煤征税6%。消息称这将对与中国打交道的澳洲煤炭生产商构成打击。   澳洲总理艾伯特周五在堪培拉向记者表示:“在我们最大、最重要的贸易关系中,增加关税是我们最不愿意看到的。我们将和中方一同弄清楚究竟发生了什么事情。”   农业部长乔伊斯(Barnaby Joyce)承认,艾伯特设定签署自贸协定最后限期的举动削弱了澳洲在谈判中的立场。   据报道,澳洲与中国在2005年开始自贸协定谈判,但关于农业方面的谈判在去年停滞不前。中国也坚持取消对国有企业投资澳洲的限制

据《澳洲人报》报道,澳联储(RBA)金融稳定部门主管伊利斯指出,低利率正在发挥它们的用处——提升楼价。问题在于低利率没有鼓励新屋建造活动。   澳洲楼价在2013-14财年增加超过10悉尼增幅更达到15%。这主要是受到投资者大量投资二手房的推动。澳联储担心,楼价暴涨与迅速发展的投资者活动将对银行业稳定性与澳洲经济带来风险。   Luci同时指出,澳联储将继续监控楼市发展,包括借贷标准。“银行和其他贷款商需要考虑借贷风险,不仅要考虑个人贷款风险,还要考虑借贷决策对银行系统的整体效应。”   此外,金融行业监管机构澳洲审慎监管局(Australian Prudential Regulation Authority)也同样关注借贷标准。伊利斯表示:“澳洲审慎监管局和澳联储一道采取必要步骤,加强借贷行为的规范性。澳联储希望在2014年年底推行更加严厉的借贷标准。   文章摘自:《澳洲新快报》

据《澳洲金融评论报》报道,澳大利亚金融行业监管者称目前房地产市场非常不平衡,正商谈收紧投资者申请房贷的审批过程。   消息指出,在今年年底前更为严格的审批流程将会出炉。在前不久的金融稳定程度复审报告中,澳央行表示了担忧,导致参议院经济委员会进行即兴公众质询。助理行长MalcolmEdey强调,这次审查并不是为了遏制房产投资,只是为了提醒市场的不平衡性。   未来将规划和限制投资房贷款的机构——澳大利亚审慎监管局(APRA)提出,可能会考两次刺激机制,阻止银行增大借贷,综合考虑某些区域房地产市场的借贷行为。   目前随着矿业投资繁荣潮的消退,房地产市场成了经济活动的“支柱”。据悉,澳大利亚的房屋修建审批比例8月份上涨3%,和去年相比上涨14.5%   摘自:《新快报》
